Important information about foreign shipment

Shipping available for the following countries:

All European countries including EU members, EEA countries such as Switzerland, Norway, Lichtenstein, UK and Iceland.

The shipping option is limited for countries outside of Europe.

The direct delivery costs (without local tax, tolls or any other fees) will be displayed in the cart directly. The delivery costs depend on the terms of the forwarder for international shipment. For the foreign shipment one of the two companies will be used to deliver the product to the customer: UPS or DHL.

Please note that additional, indirect costs such as tolls, taxes, and other fees are not indicated in the total price and may apply to international shipments. Please contact your local authorities on the specific regulation including the respective amount for the import tax or other fees before proceeding with the order.

Payment methods

1. Digital payment method by 3rd party company such as PayPal (including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer etc.)

By choosing this payment method you will be automatically directed to respective payment provider such as PayPal's site in the next step. When you've entered your payment details, you'll be brought back to this store to complete your order.

2. Payment in Advance / Offline Payment

By choosing this payment method you have to transfer the total payment by including your order number to our bank account. After receiving the payment you will receive a receipt confirmation on your e-mail account. Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive a delivery notification. 
Please note that for orders outside of Germany you have always enter the complete IBAN and BIC number. All local fees which could occur during the payment process (e.g. by your local bank) have to be taken by the buyer.
