How to set up the Vulpés Smartwear App
Learn how to download the app, connect your Vulpés device, adjust heat settings (1–100%), set timers, switch modes, and manage updates—directly from your smartphone.
Step 1: Download the app
Search for “Vulpés Smartwear” in the App Store or Google Play and download the app for free.
🛈 Important: All current Vulpés products use the Vulpés Smartwear App — except for the older Vulpés Vulpini, which runs on the legacy app. The Vulpés Legacy App is not compatible with our latest products, so make sure to download the correct version.
Step 2: Register your account
Sign up using your email address or simply log in with your Google account for quick access.
Step 3: Log in
Use your newly created account details to log into the app and start setting up your device.
Step 4: Add your Vulpés product
- Plug your Vulpés product into a charged power bank.
- Turn on the power bank using its physical button.
- Open the app, tap the “+” symbol at the top right or click “Scan nearby devices”.
- Select your product by tapping its image and press "start scan"
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled and your product is powered.
Step 5: You're all set!
Your product is now connected. You can:
- Adjust the heat (1–100%)
- Switch between different modes
- Set a timer (5–30 minutes)
- Turn the device on or off
Error message
Is Bluetooth on? Is the powerbank connected and activated?
If everything looks good, try closing and reopening the app. Your device may already be listed.
Go to the home screen and tap the “i” (info) button next to your product. From there, you can:
- View the product manual
- rename your device
- Remove it from the app
Within the app settings, you can
- change the language,
- log out of your account,
- read our privacy policy,
- learn more about Vulpés,
- view the Impressum and terms & conditions,
- contact our support team,
- or delete your account entirely.
